There is no minimum purchase; however, the delivery fees will be related to this amount. The delivery is free from 100€ purchase.

May I cancel my order?

The delivery might be cancelled from the moment if the order hasn’t been collected by our carrier. Beyond, no cancellation will be able to be made.

May I include a gift message?

For special occasions as birthdays, Christmas and so on, we can add to your order a personal message.

How long it will take to get my order delivered?

Our Oysters Amélie will be delivered in 24 or 48h after ordering. It will depend the purchase hour. (see, delivery policy)

What if nobody’s here to receive the order?

Our oysters conserve out of water for a while, however, being a living and perishable product, we highly recommend to be available at the delivery hours that’s why, you can choose the delivery place of your choice (office, family…)
